Slow Delivery Explaination.
After sending a ticket to enquire about the slow delivery, I was sent this email:
"As explained on the website, it takes 2-3 business days for the product to ship, then based on your location, it will take 7-10 days for the CD to arrive. "
So please consider your location when ordering to know what to expect in terms of delivery.
And do send in the support ticket early if in doubt as there is a time-lag in getting answers from the support staff after issueing the ticket.
